Public schools currently lack funding to offer comprehensive arts education.  Therefore, BYBC is developing dance education and appreciation programs to bring to our local schools and community.  The programs will include dance performance assemblies, review of dance as an artistic form of expression, and opportunities for creative movement exploration.

Dance Education scholarship Program

The education of a dancer is multi-faceted.  It includes a variety of classes throughout the week, special intensive programs and exposure to competitive dance opportunities.  The expense of these experiences can present a financial challenge for many aspiring young dancers.  BYBC would like to offer and provide a variety of scholarships to assist dance students with the opportunity to enjoy these valuable experiences.

master class series

Throughout the year, BYBC will offer master classes taught by guest dance professionals.  These special classes will provide local dancers an opportunity to experience state-of-the-art classes led by dancers & choreographers who are leaders in their particular area of dance.
